Spam complaint bots log a big fucking win over me.

Our spam complaint rate has been alarmingly high over the past few weeks. As an 8-figure brand, we do send a substantial volume of emails, which makes this issue even more pressing.

So, I first started running to the experts and asking them what to do. It took me a couple of tries, but I did find somebody who was able to solve it in a few minutes.

When you're an ecom, you must surround yourself with experts and people who are deeply knowledgeable about email. We are fortunate to be surrounded by folks who can spot a problem and solve it quickly within minutes.
I knew where to find the experts, so I quickly went to Twitter, read it, and posted that I was having a spam bot attack on my email marketing CRM.

Below are some links on handling this if it happens to you. Let me know if you're a deliverability expert or if you know more about this subject.

I was thinking about doing a little YouTube video about it, and I would like to interview someone who knows more than me because I know very little about this.

Below are some links that I think were helpful. I have no relationship with the creators the link is for informational purposes.
